CALMÉA ships within the contiguous United States (48 states and DC) using USPS. Orders $35 and over ship free; below that, shipping is a flat $4.99.

We would rather tell you nine days and surprise you than promise three and disappoint you. Each order is made to order at our fulfillment partner, which is why processing takes 1-5 business days before the package even moves. Your first order can take an extra day or two while the shipping label is verified.
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.
We do not currently offer an express option.
Returns
30 days, and nothing to ship back.

Supplements are consumable, which is why most shops make opened items final sale. We do not. You cannot know whether a format suits you until you have tried it once, and sending a tin back would cost more than the tin is worth to us — we could not resell it anyway. So we would rather you keep it and tell us it did not work.
To start a refund, email hello@calmea.shop with your order number and a sentence about what did not work. We reply within one to two business days.

Damaged or missing orders
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and it is not there, email us with your order number and a photo where relevant. We will replace or refund it. No forms.
Wrong address
We can only change an address before the order is picked. Email us right away and we will try. Once it ships, we cannot reroute it.
FAQ
How long does shipping take? About 5-9 business days in total: 1-5 business days to process, then 2-4 business days in transit with USPS.
Why does processing take up to 5 days? Every order is made to order at our US fulfillment partner rather than picked off a shelf.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii? Not at the moment. We ship within the contiguous US — the 48 states and DC.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet.
Do you offer express shipping? Not at the moment.
How do I get free shipping? Orders of $35 or more ship free automatically. No code needed.
What is your return policy? 30 days from delivery. If it is not for you we refund it in full, opened or unopened, with nothing to send back. One refunded order per customer.
How do I track my order? A tracking link is emailed to you when the order ships.
